Monograph Red Gaïa
The MONOGRAPH family brings to wine-lovers a more approachable and friendly side of some of the most exquisite varieties of the Greek and the Mediterranean South.
For the Monograph Agiorgitiko, the estate choose Agiorgitiko grapes from the hills surrounding Nemea. The yields of the semi-mountainous vineyards at a 500 m altitude are relatively low and never exceed 12,000 kg per hectare.
With the careful wine-making in the modern winery, at the heart of the vineyards, the estate achieve a complex and pleasant red wine, characterized by a red-purple color, aromas of medium intensity, unique clarity and finesse.
Relatively complex for its youth, aromas oscillate between prickly pear, pomegranate and butterscotch. A particularly smooth taste, with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste.
Pair it with cuisine of medium or even high intensity or on its own as an aperitif. A youthful wine, which you can enjoy even during the warm summer months at a low temperature 10°-12 ° C.
